Cheap Vegas Clubs

 General

• To be eligible for the 110% guarantee the competing offer must be equal to the offer presented by www.CheapVegasClubs.com The guarantee will be presented to  CVC staff to be evaluated.  Verification is at CVC's discression.
• The optional Rush delivery charge of $20 is non-refundable
• Cheap Vegas Clubs has the right to change the terms and conditions without notice. Any change will not effect previous orders.   
• Management at individual clubs reserves all rights.
• When you make a purchase we  will charge your credit card for the full amount immediately.  
• The charge that appears on your credit card will be from Cheap Vegas Clubs
• All third party establishments consisting of, but not limited to: hotels, car and limousine rentals, tour operators, clubs, restaurants and other services are not the responsibility of www.CheapVegasClubs.com.  Therefor, we accept no liability for their actions.  Furthermore we accept no responsibility for your actions.
• Your booking confirmation is a receipt of your booking transaction and has no cash value. Your confirmation is not a ticket and will not be accepted by club staff at the door for admission.
• Cheap Vegas Clubs is not responsible for any injuries during your trip.

All sales are final.

Nightclubs

• A government-issued photo ID is required at the club.
• Customers must be at least 21 years of age to enter.
• Customers who purchase front-of-the-line guestlist purchase the privilege of bypassing any general admission line that may exist.   You will be allowed to skip general admission however if a guestlist line is present you will be placed in that line.  The guestlist line does have preference.
• All clubs  reserve the right to deny access to any person for any reason. 
• Promotions (excluding VIP Host Walk-In's) are not valid for private parties and are limited to capacity.  Management reserves all rights.
• Many clubs cut promotions at midnight.  If you have any questions please contact us.
• It is the customers responsibility to be sure the desired venue is open and running during you're trip. Check the Club Availability Chart
• It is the customers responsibility to be sure there is a sufficient amount of time to allow shipping.  If you have concerns email Nick@CheapVegasClubs.com or have our partnered delivery service deliver your tickets in Vegas for a $20 fee.
• All products, packages and services are offered subject to availability and are subject to blackout dates. Unless otherwise specified, products, packages and services are not available on New Year's Eve and certain other public holidays. Packages that include bottle service may incur supplemental charges or increased minimums during busy periods. Please contact us prior to booking should you have any questions in this area.
• In the rare case where a club is at maximum capacity and the club management do not permit further admissions due to health and safety requirements then a substitute club will be offered.

Shows

• Show tickets and confirmations will be sent to you electronically through email.
• Show tickets can not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance. 
• Show tickets may be modified if Cheap Vegas Clubs is contacted within 12 hours of purchase.  Show tickets can not be modified if the showtime is within 72 hours.

Pool Parties

• A government-issued photo ID is required at the club.
• Customers must be at least 21 years of age to enter.

• The guest list is open only until 12pm on weekends, and allows you to skip the line, but may still require a cover charge to be paid. Management reserves the right to change guest list details or cancel guest list at any time at their discretion. Not valid for holiday weekends or special events.
• All clubs  reserve the right to deny access to any person for any reason.  

Strip Clubs

• You must be 21 or older to gain entry.
• Limo service is 100% free to strip clubs only.
• Free round of drinks at participating clubs only.
• Once you are in the limo and the driver calls in your ride you are responsible to enter any participating strip club of your choice. 

 **If you fail to enter a participating club, for any reason, you will be responsible for the standard limousine fee.** Town Car- $52/ SUV- $60/ 6 Passenger- $70/ 10 Passenger- $88/ Party Bus- $108

The use  and possession of any illegal substances is strictly forbidden in all limousines and party buses.  If you are found with any illegal substances you will be immediately be removed from the vehicle without refund.  Any further services that have been paid for will not be refunded to you and we will no longer be responsible for your purchases.

                                                         Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are 100% electronic.  No gift certificate will be shipped to your home, however you will receive a confirmation email upon purchase.  A second email will be sent to you within 24 hours as a notice of activation where you will be sent an image of a  Cheap Vegas Clubs gift card.
• Gift cards are redeemed by entering the recipients name in the gift certificate box at checkout.
• Gift Certificates are valid for anything on www.CheapVegasClubs.com
• Gift Certificates do not expire.
• Gift Certificates are non refundable.
